Adopting or adapting existing guides

The UK Regulatory and Awarding Bodies in the compulsory schooling space produced the following 'guide' for centres which might be a useful starting point for developing practical guidelines. The roles and responsibilities section is not unlike David's reference to 'hidden team' and 'front of house' partnerships.To review the guide for yourself follow this link: http://www.efutures.org/docs/guide.pdf Although I am sure there are some differences there must also be many similarities and in the same way that the 'Dundee Policy' has been adopted as a blueprint this document could serve as a template for practical guidelines.
