In this second keynote presentation, John Dermo will be reflecting on the practical challenges in implementing a thin client technology solution for e-assessment, addressing support and management issues. John will also comment on the ways in which Bradford's e-learning team are evaluating the effectiveness of this solution for e-assessment.
